By accessing the website, creating an account or completing checkout, you fully accept all clauses below.

When registering an account, you must provide truthful, complete personal and delivery information. You are fully responsible for securing your login credentials and all orders placed under your account. This website cannot be used for fraudulent, illegal or copyright-infringing activity.

All garment photos, UK size charts, colour descriptions and prices on revara.shop are accurate to the best of our ability. We reserve the right to fix obvious pricing typos. If a product is mistakenly listed at an unreasonably low price, Revara may cancel the relevant order and issue a full refund with advance email notification.

Submitting an online order does not create a binding sales contract until we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for stock shortages, suspected payment fraud, invalid delivery addresses or policy violations. All cancelled orders receive an automatic full refund to your original payment source.

All text, product photography, brand logos, page layout and design content on revara.shop are exclusive intellectual property of Revara. Copying, downloading, reproducing or commercial redistribution without written email approval from hello@revara.shop is strictly prohibited.

Subject to mandatory UK consumer protection law, Revara shall not be liable for indirect, consequential losses caused by courier delays, third-party payment service failures or improper washing/wearing of garments. All statutory consumer guarantees remain fully valid regardless of this clause.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Scotland, United Kingdom. Consumer disputes can be raised with local Citizens Advice or government-approved alternative dispute resolution bodies.

Revara may revise these terms periodically. Updated versions will be published on revara.shop with a new effective date. Continued site use after updates confirms your acceptance of revised clauses.
